MCC supports its staff with salary and benefits, as well as a comfortable working environment. MCC has an office in the Social Justice Center, a nonprofit office building co-owned with other organizations. MCC seeks to pay its staff at a level that reflects their skills, experience, and productivity, and also reflects the level of of support given by other cooperatives of comparable size and social conscience. MCC provides benefits to staff, provided they meet certain eligibility requirements. Benefits include health care, retirement benefits (a Simplified Employee Pension Plan), sick leave and vacation time.
